A: All orders ship within 2 to 4 business days since each piece is made just for you. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. Orders of $75 or more qualify for free shipping. Treat yourself and your wallet.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Not at the moment. We are currently shipping within the United States only.

A: Our pieces are crafted from 100% ring spun U.S. cotton for ultimate softness and durability. They are designed to have that cozy, lived in feel we know you’ll love!
Q: Do you have any care tips?
A: Items may shrink slightly if dried with heat. We recommend air drying or sizing up if you are between sizes.
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Because all of our items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. This allows us to reduce waste and create each piece with intention.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Your happiness matters to us. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will happily replace or refund your item at no cost.
Q: What if I contact you after 7 days?
A: Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement, so we recommend reaching out as soon as possible.
